Happy lil ❤’s are baking #18

What did you bake or cook with your kids this week?

Below is a linky list so you can join in the fun and start sharing what you bake with your kids! Family favourites, new recipes, cultural or traditional recipes – you name it, we’d like to read about them, and if you include the details, try them out 🙂

We’ve been mixing it up a bit on the baking front ~ trying out some healthier options *smile*
And I’m excited to say that the kids seem to prefer this healthier fare!

We started by trying Sunflower Seed biscuits from Shivaya Naturals.
This gorgeous tasty recipe is available here.

 Master D really enjoyed making these biscuits and taste testing along the way.
And just typing this post is making me want to bake them again {can you tell I’m a fan?!}

They are a hit all round!!

And I’m also excited to announce the winner of my giveaway for the great cookbook Helpings…
drum roll please…..

    Our latest baking effort was oat and raisin biscuits (cookies) that were yum , not as sweet as those you can buy and a big hit with everyone. I am always amazed that you bake with your little people and take pictures I can never get pictures but I think I will challenge myself soon to try then I can properly join in
