Ladybug birthday cake

We have recently celebrated Little Miss Q’s 2nd birthday!
She couldn’t decide which cake she liked…
…so her dad and I helped by choosing a ladybug *grin*
We used our beautiful birthday ring for the first time…
With handmade beeswax birthday candles
Together with a bee {from here} and peg doll {from here} to decorate the ring
The anticipation was lovely to watch…
And soon enough the cake was cut and enjoyed

Husband of Mine made a tasty and pretty ladybug cake *grin*

Happy days,
Kelly

Oh, so adorable!! I love it! Hazel would love it too especially since she was the ladybug in her class for their nature symbols.

    Happy birthday Q!
Your cake is adorable as are you. Haven’t you grown ♥
I love the look on your brother’s face – he’s a bit bored with all the photos and just wants a piece! I can’t blame him. It looks great 🙂
