I&#8217;ve been hankering to make corn bread for ages now, although I&#8217;m not sure why??&#160; Before we got baking, we read a bread story from Baking Bread with Children by Warren Lee Cohen. I love this book and it actually has a very similar corn bread recipe to what we used 🙂 And many other great recipes besides! For our corn bread we used:1 cup polenta3/4 cup self raising flour1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp honey2 eggs1 cup milk3 tbsp butter1 cup corn Mix your dry ingredients together. Lightly whisk the eggs then add to the flour, together with the milk, corn and honey. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add to the flour mix. Pour [&#8230;]</p>
