We made Russian Tea Cookies using the recipe in Tatiana&#8217;s Table, by Paullina Simons {this is the recipe book for the love story of Tatiana and Alexander} &#8230;yes&#8230; I&#8217;m a romantic at heart Dino Boy creamed the butter and sugar before adding a good lug of vanilla essence and an egg yolk {although I think a few drops of vanilla were all that was asked for} He then weighed and measured the flour before adding it to the mix Crushing the walnuts to coat the biscuit balls was fun!
