Happy lil ❤’s are baking #15

What did you bake or cook with your kids this week?

Below is a linky list so you can join in the fun and start sharing what you bake with your kids! Family favourites, new recipes, cultural or traditional recipes – you name it, we’d like to read about them, and if you include the details, try them out 🙂

We had planned to bake bread… but then noticed the bananas were turning…
Given the choice Master D decided on ~ banana cake!

We used the Australian Women’s Weekly Cafe Cakes recipe (also found over at this blog)

Master D measured the butter and thought about eating it all (he would if let him!)

 And then the brown sugar…

Before whizzing it up… he loves this machine, maybe even more than I do…

Concentrating hard…

And a taste test *smile*

We can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to in the kitchen with your kids!

An Easter egg hunt

How fun are Easter egg hunts!
I think the Easter Bunny has as much fun hiding the eggs as the hunters do finding them *wink*

And what fun places they were hidden!

Max found a chocolate egg in the gnome’s home in Nana’s garden *smile*

Be careful to check the flower beds…

Little Miss Q found some too…

After the egg hunt we enjoyed morning tea…
A moment of deep contemplation for Captain P 😉

Before playing lego with Nana…

And hide and seek!

{He won’t find us under the mulberry bush *smile*}

And makeshift nappies… mmm who emptied the nappy bag!

Happy days, Kelly
