Today slowly and steadily grew hotter and hotter, a day that felt like summer

A lovely friend from high school days came with her kids to play. Master D had a wonderful time ~ roaring dinosaur style ~ with her lad

Afterwards we baked, we played….

The afternoon brought my wonderful friend Fraggle to share a walk in the heat

And some moments were found to enjoy A Clash of Kings with my babe at my breast 🙂

My knitting has progressed… albeit with some different wool ~ a trial run…
