We’ve enjoyed watching our stunning poppies grow and bloom
And as the petals began to drop and the seedpods dried out….
An idea came about *smile*
We collected small ones, big ones and all sizes in between…
Pulled out some lovely brown paper and dolloped paint in an egg carton
And got to painting *smile*
Seeds flew everywhere, rolling across our paper!
Before landing in lovely splotches of colour…
…where they waited to dry
