Rainbow stacker

We will be celebrating Little Miss Q’s 1st birthday in a few short weeks
Ohhh, how this year has flown by….
And how quickly they grown and change…
Little Miss Q has a wonderful sense of humour and thinks Dino Boy is the funnest lad around *smile*
And she is a cuddly sweet little snuggler
We are enjoying creating special hand and heart made presents for her birthday *smile*
Husband of Mine and I made this rainbow stacker together {he wanted to play with the scroll saw}
Then I sanded it down and painted it with milk paint before finishing it with beeswax and olive oil.
We are using this lovely guide for our gift giving ~
❤ something they want
❤ something they need
❤ something to wear, and
something to read
and my little addition is
something to create

{This lovely idea was found on a blog and now I can’t find them again ~ if it was you let me know!}
And if you are wondering, we’ve decided this rainbow stacker falls under something she wants *smile*

Painted dinosaur t-shirt

My dino boy has been at it again {actually maybe I should call him Dino Boy here instead of Master D!}… creating dinosaurs wherever he can *smile*
Using crayon I sketched a dinosaur on the shirt for him to colour in with paint {we used a fabric paint that you can pick up in craft shops}…
He had a wonderful time and stayed within the lines pretty well *smile*

Once he finished painting the dino he popped the paint brush down on the shirt, so now we have grass too!
We let it dry and then I ironed the back to help set the paint.

Everybody roar like a dinosaur!!!

And here he is modelling the back of the shirt ~ hee hee hee
Happy crafting, Kelly
