Mud kitchen


Dino Boy and Little Miss Q adore mud play
{and who can blame them!}

So when we came across a potting table I saw ~ a mud kitchen!
And what could be more perfect?!
It is made to be outside…
Has a little sink and bench space *smile*
Dino Boy and his dad did a great job putting it together!
Before Dino Boy got down to the serious work of play *smile*
Making mud cupcakes…
with lots of mushy mud and plenty of water!
The mud kitchen sits happily next to our mud garden…
…and in view of my kitchen *smile*
Such fun that Saucepan Man even came to play!

Happy Family Times ~ dinosaur egg hunt

It seems we have a new Spring tradition…
…a dinosaur egg hunt!
Dino Boy has been asking me for a while if we could hunt for dino eggs
{just like last year}

And this time he wanted to help make the eggs himself!
{more on that another day though *wink*}
So while Little Miss Q was sleeping, and Dino Boy was playing…
I snuck outside and hid the dinosaur eggs through the garden!
Later they rushed outside to find them!
They found them hiding in amongst the garden beds and next to little gnomes *smile*

 They had a lovely time helping the eggs hatch!!
